Way to go, Tyler – the Heart and Stroke Foundation of PEI is proud of you too, and we thank you for putting your heart into it!

 For Kids

Running and jumping and playing are all fun things to do. Guess what? These activities happen to be good for your heart, too! The same goes for eating yummy foods such as carrots and apples and whole-wheat bread. You’ll want to stay active and eat healthy all of your life so your heart stays healthy, too. That also means that as you get older you’ll want to stay away from stuff like smoking that can really hurt your lungs and your heart.
